Your payment is held securely in escrow. The host receives their payout only 24 hours after your experience is confirmed complete. If an experience is cancelled by the host, you receive a full refund automatically.
After every experience, you can leave a detailed star rating and written review. Reviews are never deleted by hosts. This helps future travelers make informed decisions and holds hosts accountable.
Our safety team is available around the clock via WhatsApp, phone, and email. If something goes wrong during your experience, call us immediately — we will coordinate with local authorities if necessary.
Every listing has a clear cancellation policy (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict) shown before you book. Flexible policies give you a full refund up to 24 hours before the experience. No hidden terms.
Home Kitchens undergo a live video audit by our team to verify hygiene standards, cooking facilities, and safety. We inspect before any kitchen listing goes live.

Travelers sign up with verified email and phone numbers. For high-value bookings (over PKR 25,000), we require additional identity confirmation before the booking is accepted.
Hosts receive cancellation fees if travelers cancel within the policy window. Last-minute no-shows are treated as non-refundable. You are never left out of pocket for confirmed bookings.
If a traveler causes damage to your property during an experience, our Host Protection team investigates the claim and helps you receive compensation up to PKR 200,000.
Travelers who violate community standards — harassment, disrespect, no-shows without communication — are warned, suspended, or permanently banned from the platform.

Home Kitchens, Adventure Jeeps, and multi-day expedition guides undergo a video call with our team. We inspect hygiene, equipment, vehicle safety, and the host's knowledge of the experience they are offering.
Every review is read by our team. Hosts with a pattern of negative reviews are contacted for improvement coaching. Hosts who receive reports of misconduct are suspended pending investigation.
